Skyderby

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use the website skyderby.io and the Skyderby apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac. By using Skyderby you agree to them. We tried to keep them short and clear.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Use your real name or the nickname people know you by — competitions and rankings rely on it.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website.

Your tracks and content

  • Your tracks, photos and comments stay yours.
  • By uploading them you allow us to store them, process them and show them according to the visibility you choose — and, for public tracks, to use them in online rankings and statistics.
  • When you take part in a competition, the results of your jumps there become part of its public results.
  • Only upload tracks that are yours or that you have permission to share.

Fair use

Please don't upload fake or manipulated tracks, try to cheat rankings or competitions, break or overload the service, or scrape it at scale. We may remove such content or close accounts that do this.

Skyderby Pro

  • Skyderby Pro unlocks Pro View, track comparison and other advanced features. Free accounts get a few Pro Views every month.
  • Prices are shown before you buy. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
  • Bought in the app: payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
  • Bought on the website: payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time in your account; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. If something went wrong with a payment, write to us.
  • Pro bought in one place works everywhere you sign in to the same account.

Safety

Skyderby is a tool for analysing and comparing flights. GPS data can be inaccurate, and calculations, terrain measurements and charts can contain errors. Never rely on Skyderby for safety decisions — choosing a line, an exit or how close to fly to terrain is always your own responsibility.

The service

  • We work hard to keep Skyderby running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.
  • We may change, add or remove features over time.
  • To the extent the law allows, Skyderby is not liable for indirect damages or losses from using the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll let you know. If you keep using Skyderby after that, the new terms apply.
